About the author

Jane Katharine Forward grew up in Vancouver, B.C. in a home where almost every wall supported one or two bookcases and where comfortably shabby sofas and arm-chairs constantly beckoned “come curl up and read.”  Both parents donated writing genes and, according to a medium Jane once visited, past lives have played a part in encouraging her to pursue the pen in this one.

Jane enjoys expressing her stories in
short essay, flash fiction and ekphrasis.

In addition, she has been reading and compiling her mother’s lifetime of saved letters and diaries into a portrait memoir.
